Job description: The resourcing manager will drive the identification and recruitment of the highest quality candidates to the front-line business and contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals. This position is responsible for the management of all internal job placements, promotion and job transfer activity and also includes responsibility for manpower planning and analysis, and succession planning.

Requirements:

•   A degree in Human Resources, or Business.

•   Experience in Human Resources of at least 5-7 years.

•   Experience in supervision.

•   Relevant advanced degree will be an advantage.

•   Has HR Management/Partner/Specialist experience in medium/large organisation
