Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

•   Act as an office receptionist/front desk officer.

•   Manage phone records and ensure proper follow-up of clients by appropriate officers.

•   Manage incoming mails and crucial documents.

•   Administration and disbursement of petty cash for company operations.

Requirements

•   Good book keeping

•   Provide general administrative support

•   Ability to work under tight schedules with minimum supervision

•   Minimum of OND or its equivalent

•   Computer literacy
