2015: Bayelsa Commissioner Solicits Arewa, Ijaw Students Support For Jonathan

The Bayelsa State Commissioner for Culture and Ijaw National Affairs, Dr. Felix Tuodolo has called on members of the Arewa Students Progressive Association (ASPA) and the National Union of Izon- Ebe Students (NUIS) not to relent in their support for the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan.

Tuodolo made the call during a joint courtesy visit by members of the Arewa Students Progressive Association (ASPA) and the National Union of Izon- Ebe Students in his office at Ijaw House, Yenagoa.

The commissioner commended the students for their initiative in coming as a group to support the President.

He stressed that the President, as a visionary leader, has delivered on his promise of dividends of democracy and therefore should seek for re election in 2015.

The commissioner thanked the groups for their visit and promise to partner with them in actualizing the transformation agenda of Mr. President.

Speaking earlier, the National President of the Arewa Students Progressive Association, Comrade Mohammed Shu'abu Mohammed, who thanked the commissioner for granting them audience, said they were in the state to acquaint themselves with the commissioner and also to pledge their total support for the President.
