The legal battle between Chocolate City Entertainment and its estranged artiste Ashimi Olawale Ibrahim aka Brymo is far from over as the case was on December 5, 2013 adjourned till January 14, 2014. The case which was supposed to be heard at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos was suspended because the presiding judge Justice Bubba was unexplainably absent.
.
Our correspondent who was there at the court gathered that neither Brymo nor his counsel were available for the hearing. Choc City's counsel, C.O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants was however present.
.
This will be the second time that the case will be adjourned after an earlier November 11, 2013 adjournment.
.
Chocolate City's is suing Brymo for alleged contract infringement.

Let's just hope it will end in favour of Brymo.

Chocolate City must be the one at fault. Because the artistes under them are just leaving gradually one after the other

Brymo's career is not doing well at all as a result of all this so the case has to just end very soon
