Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Recruiter: RoyalOnward Nig  

Responsibilities:

1.   Key holder

2.   Keep track of all customer-related issues: including enrollment, payments, attendance, forms

3.   Receive all phone calls and return messages

4.   Sales

5.   Maintain accurate cash drawer

6.   Liaison between all levels of staff and customers

7.   Maintain overall facility appearance and condition, including cleaning

8.   Participation in scheduled advanced trainings

9.   Other tasks as assigned
