PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Principal BTS Consultant required

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Leadership;

• Independent execution of complex projects or programs/deliverables – Different areas of roles involved – Demonstrating active leadership
• Project / Program lead

Advisory / Delivery;

• Responsibility for own + project team capacity utilization / KPIs
• Evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture to fit the customer's strategy
• Specialize in 2 BTS topics: BPM, EA, IT Strategy, Organisation Change Management, Value Delivery, Project Management, Innovation Management

Sales;

• Drive business development and support license & services sales in alignment with SAP Service Strategy 2015
• Support sales in the evaluation process

Thought Leadership / Knowledge Management;

• Contribute to a functional or business related community, ideally leading such a work group
• Support KM activities
• Act as a Mentor for junior colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Master or equivalent
• Certification / second university degree
• Business Expert

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Work Experience: 8 – 10 years experience

Specialized Knowledge:

• Expert in at least one industry

• Expert in at least one theme

• Expert in at least two business transformation topics (BPM, EA, OCM, VD, PM, Innovation Management etc.)

• For Sustainability Consultants: Application and Integration of Sustainability initiatives to the Customer's operations (Consultants to mention Industry)
