Job Title: Maintenance Controller

Description:

•   The occupant of this position should be able to:

•   Provide technical expertise

•   Optimize production processes

•   Optimize plant and equipment availability

•   Manage/optimize computerized maintenance management system

•   Mentor and coach the shift teams

•   Optimize maintenance reliability, availability and cost

Requirements:

•   B.Eng degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Industrial Engineering)

•   Minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field at a senior leadership position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment

•   Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage

Salary: Market Related
