APC Criticize FG For Allegedly Dumping Rivers Projects

Rivers State chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, yesterday, took a shot at the Federal Government for allegedly abandoning projects it initiated in the state in the recent past despite the fact that the people of the state voted massively for  Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in 2011.

Interim Chairman of the party in the state, Chief Davies Ikanya, in a statement, said though the state was facing challenges like other states, " there are peculiar challenges that have needlessly been imposed on our dear state by the powers that be."

He enjoined the people of the state  not to despair and remain resolute in their support of. Governor Rotimi Amaechi to ensure that the interest of Rivers people was protected at all times.
