Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Major Job Responsibility:

•   Monitor employee training hours vis-a-vis training budget/agreed training hours in order to meet set targets

•   Follow up with the supervisors to ensure targets are set and employees are promptly evaluated proper performance management

•   Administer, collate and analyse reports retrieved on training need, appraisal documents etc.

•   Monitor employee compliance to Company policy and standard procedures

Qualifications Required:

•   Graduate in social science or humanities

•   Membership of HR professional body will be an added advantage

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience
