The selected candidate would work with the managing director of the company very closely to bring about both cultural and process change in the HR practices of the company. The goal of the company is to create a culture of trust, performance, passion and world's best people practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

An ideal candidate would be:

•   An MBA in HR from an established intstitute

•   15 to 20 year's of Core HR experience. No Admin experience

•   Must have worked with a well established company having best HR practices

•   Must have had exposure to talent managment, organizational development, culture building, performance management system, managing employee growth plans, compensation and benefits, competency mapping and assessment, people development and creation and implementation of best of people policies and practices.

•   The person must be hands-on and willing to travel all over Nigeria, work closely with the business units

•   Admin may not be a part of this assignment

There is a very stringent process for hiring for this position. This will include competence assessment, psychometric testing, rigorous detailed multiple interviews and a very thorough reference check.
