Key Roles & Responsibilities:  

SERVICE QUALITY;

-Management of Service Delivery – Review of staff output to ensure adherence to specified service standards. Manage/recommend workflow changes for greater efficiency.

-In liaison with the Branch Manager, plan and manage staff administrative issues for direct reports e.g. – Organise work flow and staff leave – Staff coaching and training where needed for improve performance – Job rotation.

-Supervise day to day operational activities in the front office.

-Ensure all positions are manned

-Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time  

SALES;  

-Cross sell to customers and prospects

-Sell assigned products ranges – PIL; Banca, Investment Services

-Migrate customers to alternate channels

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc from any recognised University

• A good knowledge of the bank's products, services and policies.

• Good service skills/etiquette/personal presentation

• Good knowledge of bank cash related policies

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption.
