Role Description: Regional Manager (North)

Reports to: General Manager (Operations)

Age: 35-40years

Major Responsibilities:  – Drive Performance Management in the Region and enhance the quality of Performance measures used by the different lines of business units, branches and Regional offices.  – Develop, grow and monitor Regional Retails liability and asset portfolios with the ultimate aim of ensuring that the Region remains profitable and competitive.

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills:  – Good first degree, an advanced qualification and Professional certification in Banking will be an added advantage.  – At least 10 years experience in the banking industry. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills are desirable.  – Basic knowledge in Windows application is necessary.
