Roles and responsibilities:

The overall cleanness/neatness of the office is core of the position holder's responsibility. Under the supervision of the Administrative Assistant, the position holder performs the following:

•   Sweeps and mops the office floors and dusts all office furniture on a daily basis

•   Washes and mops all the toilets in the office daily

•   Sweeps and mops the kitchen on a daily Basis

•   Empties all wastebaskets in disposal area everyday

•   Reports to the Administrative Assistant for any assignment with the capacity of the position holder.

•   Go round all the toilets at regular intervals for a follow-up cleaning during the day to ensure tidiness

•   Clean cob webs when necessary

•   Clean all windows when necessary

•   Make minor purchases on behalf of the office

•   Run official errands within and outside the office.

•   Collecting toiletries and supplies from administrative assistant for toilets and staff offices.

•   Assist the accounting unit in month end closing and other F&A duties.

•   Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Skill set:

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:

•   A minimum of SSCE is required

•   Ability to work with others towards a common objective

•   Trainable and team spirit as well as disposition is required

•   Strong and energetic and willingness to work under directives

•   Ability to read and write in Basic English Language is a requirement

Language requirement: Ability to communicate in Basic English is a requirement

Work experience: 0-1 year
