HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Training Manager. S/he will be responsible for the training mandate of the bank, its customers, and external mandates. S/he will report to head of corporate support services.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•   Plan annual training calendar;

•   Maintain and manage training faculty;

•   Develop training programs for the bank;

•   Develop and sustain a library for the organization's institute.

Qualifications:

•   Degree in Business Education or its equivalent;

•   Master's degree, preferably an MBA;

•   Microfinance certified (MCIB) or its equivalent;

•   Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
