KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/PERFORMANCE GOALS:

•   Deliverables aligned to Corporate Goals & evaluated Quarterly against KPI compliance reports.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS:

•   Contributes to the cost effective management of the annual budget

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

•   Degree in an Engineering Discipline or Equivalent

•   Minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 3 years in a QA/QC position

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

•   Sound knowledge of Oil & Gas Asset Integrity installation criteria, Nigerian Legislation, International Standards & Work experience applying SCE Risk Reliability Management, Quality Assurance & Quality Control for mature & new Oil and Gas Project installations.

•   Proficient in MSWord/Excel/Power Point/Project.

•   Good organisational, verbal and written communication skills.

•   Supervisory & assertive when situations arise to protect Asset Integrity Management Reputation.
