Heirs Holdings Limited is an African investment company operating in key sectors of the economy, such as financial services, power, oil and gas, agribusiness, real estate, hospitality and healthcare.

We are looking to fill the role of a Graphic Designer within the Heirs Holdings group of companies.

Role Summary: The Graphic Designer will report to the Brand Manager and be responsible for all design development within the company in accordance to the brand guidelines of Heirs Holdings, its subsidiaries and investee companies.

Role Responsibilities:

•   Production of visual solutions to the company's communication needs using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness

•   Design and develop brand materials for new and existing subsidiary companies across all marketing and media platforms

•   Creation of media presentations using different software & graphic animation

•   Design and develop in-house stationery and collateral

•   Design and layout/typesetting for forms and publications

•   Photography editing and manipulation

•   Cataloguing material in the image library

•   Selecting images for campaigns and publications

•   Awareness of, & advising on printing techniques, types of paper or canvas (size, weight) and display options (light box, interactive display), cutting and finalizing prints for display

•   Advising on current trends in graphic design

•   Other duties as assigned

Educational Qualification: A university degree in Graphics Design or evidence of formal training in Graphics Design  

Work Experience: A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity

Skills/ Competencies/ Attributes:

•   Experience with MS Projects, Ms Office applications, CorelDraw, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other graphic software

•   Video editing skills will be an added advantage

•   Web development skills will be an added advantage
