Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala name missing? l am waiting to know who would be the next minister of finance.

l wonder why Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a lady of vast experience, name is missing on the list, while the name of Bello Mohammed Haliru, who was involved in the Siemens bribe scandal in 2007 remained on the list.
