Job Title: Human Resources Manager, Business Partnering (shared services)

Job Description:    
•   Business Partnering
•   Industrial Relations/ Influencing
•   Attraction, Recruitment and Retention
•   Employee Engagement
•   Report & Matrix

Job Conditions:   
•   Normal MTNN working conditions.
•   Regional travel.
•   Extended working hours may be required

Reporting To: SM, HR Business Partnering
Employment Status: Permanent

Required Skills:   
•At least 8 years work experience preferably in a multinational business environment comprising:
•At least 4 years HR experience
•Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
•Experience in providing HR services and  HR Administration
•Experience in Employee Relations would be an added advantage

Qualification:    
•   A first degree preferably in Social, Human and or Behavioral Sciences
•   A professional qualification of CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM is desirable
