Requirements:

• Use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the vertical

• Drive performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals

• Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform

• Analysis of market trends and an ability to benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors

• Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online

• Strong focus on the importance of best in-class Customer Service

• Management and development of a retailer management tool

• Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development

• Act as liaison with different sales departments and provide seller and competitor consultation as required.

Profile requirements:

• Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience

• 2+ years sales experience preferable

• Strong communication skills and confident disposition, team player

• Ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment

• Analytical ability

• Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)

• Previous experience in retail/consumer industries preferred

• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
