A Paint Manufacturing and Real Estate Developer are currently recruiting the following position(s):

Job Title: GM (Paint Industry)

•   The preferred person will report directly to the GM and would be expected to initiate policies and strategies to significantly grow the company's market and profitability.

General Requirements:
•   Excellent leadership/Managerial skill; strategic planning skills; relationship management/Marketing skill; strong analytical decision making and conflict resolution skills; excellent cost control, budgeting and documentation skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation skills; Must be able to interact at senior levels in the industry and build long term relationship with clients, targets and other intermediaries.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
•   Minimum of first degree with 2nd Class Upper in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry or any of the Business disciplines.
•   Possession of a professional qualification in accountancy plus an MBA will be an added advantage.
•   8-10 years professional experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
•   Good knowledge of the paint Industry will be an added advantage.
