Job Description:

-    Share authority for decisions that translate strategies into execution

-    Identify and analyze issues as they emerge, propose options and collaborate to implement solutions

-    Manage results for quality, timeline, and budget

-    Grow your mastery of the early phases of innovation including opportunity discovery, concept development, business model design, prototyping, and testing

-    Grow your proficiency in the later phases of innovation including commercialization, launch, and post-launch product management

.

Job Qualifications:

-    Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

-    At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and new product development

-    Broad expertise in the innovation life cycle including discovering and elaborating customer insights

-    Experience in delivering service innovation (preferred)

-    Comfort in a test and learn environment, with a proven ability to develop and quickly revise business tactics to take advantage of market opportunities

-    Advanced management skills (organizational, project, progam)

-    Advanced communication skills including storytelling, writing, and presentation  

-    Experience in strategic thinking and other innovation practices.
