We are a leading consultancy firm which provides both financial, business and project advisory services focused on the entire real estate development value chain, ranging from land acquisition to concept development to property management services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Male, 21 to 40 years old

• With three-year minimum experience in facilities maintenance

• With a good grasp on safety and emergency preparedness

• A team player, high level of maturity, initiative and interpersonal skill

• Preferably with certified courses in required feilds

• Must have a basic knowledge on electrical, plumbing, electron mechanical, carpentry and as tinsmith.

• Can work with minimum supervision

• Willing to work shift hours and extend time when needed

• Full-time positions available.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Minimum of OND or Technical College in a relevant field

·         4-5 years of experience

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
