Fake NYSC Member Caught In Enugu Orientation Camp

A fake National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) member was arrested at the Enugu state orientation camp by the Police last week after the suspect allegedly entered the camp illegally to participate in the three weeks orientation course.

The impostor, whose name was given as Henry Emeka Onyekwere, claimed that he is a graduate of Industrial Physics from the Abia State University (ABSU), Uturu.

He entered the orientation camp with a fake call-up letter and forged the corpers identification tag so that he will not be detected.

According to the Police, the suspect said that he was not called up to the orientation exercise, so he had to steal a tag from a corps member, from where he did a tag for himself to enable him have a free access in the camp.

When he was arrested, the fake corper asked for forgiveness and mercy.
