Job Summary: – Manage and deliver training and development activities to clients in accordance with organisational requirements. – Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within client's organisation. – In addition to project delivery, your role will also include delivering presentations and courses and contributing to thought leadership and business development in your specialist area.

Primary Responsibilities: – Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all – Learning and Development requirements. – Deliver client training requirements including product knowledge training. – Oversee administrative tasks associated with all training internal and external. – Ensuring all client training records and materials are up to date. – Sourcing training materials including external training providers when required. – Manage all applications relating to the Organization's Education Assistance Policy.

Job Requirements: – 8 – 10 years experience in human resources, 3 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm. – Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients. – Experience in proposal/bid preparation. – Excellent People and Client management skills. – Strong project management skills.
