Our company is a financial service provider in search of a self-motivated, seasoned and experienced architect for the position of a Senior Architect in Lagos.

.

Job Summary:  – The successful candidate will co-ordinate, supervise and provide management and architectural services on major building projects.

.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATION &. EXPERIENCE: – MSc Architecture or Equivalent – MSc in Constntction/Projed Management would be an added advantage – Membership of NIA and ARCON or similar professional body will be an added advantage – Minimum of 15 years post NYSC experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: – Co-ordinate, supervise and provide management/architectural services on major buiJding projects – Resident site supervision of building projects – Co-ordinate designs, bill of quantities and other tender/contract documents – Administration of building contracts.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT: – Good knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, ArchCAD, Microsoft Projects, 3DMAX and other standard Microsoft office applications – Good knowledge of contract administration – Knowledge of construction management.
