Job Descriptions: – Designing Layouts and Drafting design statements – Developing creative and original planning solutions to satisfy all parties. – Keeping up to date with legislation associated with land use. – Visiting sites to assess the effects of building construction on the Estate Researching and designing policies to guide development.

Requirements: – Interested candidate must posses an HND or B.Sc in Town Planning, from a reputable institution. – Minimum of 5 years experience.
