Hospitality Industry is currently recruiting the following position(s):

Position: Executive Secretary/ Assistant

The Job:
•   To provide support to the CEO –providing a variety of secretariat, data collection and administrative functions.
•   The position requires someone who is thorough, dependable as well a timely and efficient.
•   The individual will be expected to handle a large volume of non-routine tasks
•   Major Pre requisites for the position are the use of initiative, and high degree of discretion in handling sensitive information in a fully confidential and trustworthy fashion.
•   Must possess the following interpersonal traits: tact, courtesy, patience, adaptability, resourcefulness and good judgement.

Experience and Qualifications:
•   A good degree with additional training in the field of management/administrative studies or a related field.
•   A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible office management, administrative or secretariat experience.
