A prominent fast foods company seeks the services of highly motivated, skilled and dynamic professionals to occupy the following positions

.

Requirements: – At feast a BSc or HND in food and catering related disciplines with at least 3 years experience in similar position whete he/she had overall responsibility for food production. – Applicants with OND and at feast 5 years cognate experience will be considered – Ability to demonstrate expertise and a sound knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of food production principles – He/she must be versatile and competent and abte to direct, manage, supervise and control, the large sealed production of very wide varieties of different foods on a consistent and continous basis, – Highly developed staff management and training skills must be able to maintain consistent taste of foods.
