In furtherance of the objective of strengthening our management structure to take advantage of emerging opportunities, it has become imperative to identify self managed, and very experienced Individuals to meet the responsibilities inherent in the following positions for our Lagos Office. . Job Summary: - Assist in the creation management and execution of training, learning and development programs. - Ensure successful integration of learning and development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of the client organization. . Primary Responsibilities: - Contribute to the formulation/creation of learning and development programs.     . - Devise individllallearning plans. - Deliver training and development programs. - Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; . Job Requirements: - 6 - 8 years experience in Learning and development of which must have been in a structured consulting firm. - Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients. - Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
