1. Position: Assistant general manager (consumer sales)
AGM – Consumer Sales

Job Objectives:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our market position (revenue, market share and brand strength) in the consumer sector by providing leadership to a team of sales persons focused on, sales & distribution, retail selling of our products. Candidate will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth within the small and medium business segments.

Key Output:
1.   Identify and recommend strategic retail outlets for distribution, point of sale communications, consumer contact programmes to maximise consumer exposure, build brand image and encourage purchase;
2.   Establish close working relationships with dealer outlets in order to gain high levels of support and loyalty for our company's product;
3.   Ensure dealer outlets are delivering on the marketing strategy with regard to product availability, pricing, and communication to the consumer;
4.   Provide consumer information and reports on brand performance, own and competitor's activities in the retail environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
1. Consumer understanding and insight;
2. Sales management;
3. Management of third party vendors;
4. Working knowledge of Information Technology and Communication products;
5. Supply chain and Distribution Strategy;
6. Advertising and Media Planning and Placement.

Qualification and Experience:
A good first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division. Additional Degrees will be an added advantage. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in selling Information Technology and Communication and/or FMCG products; and a proven track record in consistently delivering set targets results; and managing a team of field sales persons.



2. Position: Assistant General Manager (Enterprise)
AGM – Enterprise

Job Objectives:
The candidate will be responsible for the Swift's business performance in the Enterprise (business to business) sector, and full accountability for sales, market share, brand awareness, advertising effectiveness and new product development. He/she will also be responsible for driving company's brand development and advertising lead generation process across all customer segments within the enterprise sector.

Key output:
1.   Development of the enterprise sales team;
2.   Acquisition of new enterprise accounts;
3.   Expanded business with existing enterprise accounts;
4.   Advertising & media planning and placement;
5.   Manage relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's interests and to position the company as a partner of choice;
6.   Develop and deliver new business opportunities among assigned Enterprise segments- Oil & Gas/Shipping/Insurance/Banking & Finance/FMCG/Real estate;
7.   Lead a result oriented team to effectively and efficiently implement the company sales strategy in his/her area.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
1. Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets;
2. Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government
representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups;
3. Delivering results – absolute focus to deliver under pressure in a ever changing business environment;
4. Putting customers first – understand the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders;
5. Communicating for impact – effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the
company;
6. Making a personal difference – strong influencing skills and responsive Technical / Professional Expertise;
7. Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications;
8. Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing a senior audience.

Qualification and Experience:
A first degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration/Management with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division, from a reputable university. A minimum of 5 years experience selling E-business solutions in the banking, telecommunications, oil and gas sectors with a proven track record of success.
