OVERVIEW OF ROLE: – All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. – All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities: – Assisting in, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS). – Identifying requirement for quality assurance and quality control. – Reviewing and provide inputs into tenders and contracts. – Develops and coordinates the implementation of inspections test plan. – Receives and collates inspections records from inspectors at work locations taking appropriate actions based on information received. – Ensuring proper documentation of all quality records. – Observing if (project) activities are performed in accordance with quality requirements. – Routine inspection for fabrication, installation and reporting on control activities. – Promoting of quality policy. – Quality surveillance of subcontractors and supplier's inspection and test and activities. – Identification and reporting of quality area of concern to project QA Manager. – Reporting of project quality performance. – Analysis of Quality Trends. – Documentation of Finals As-Build Documentations as per CLIENT requirements. – Reporting and monitoring of welders and welding operators. – Proposing and Stimulating optimization and improvements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: – Additional qualifications from a professional body are desirable. – Affiliation/member with nationally recognized professional body; if applicable – Degree/Qualification in related course or other equivalent experience, plus minimum of 7years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas (Construction, Engineering, Offshore sectors etc.) or relevant sectors – Pro-active and positive  to changes and challenges – Pro-active and open in communication with all interfacing parties. – Demonstrate a good level of initiative – Team oriented and performance driven – Upholds core values and reputation both internally and externally: Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Performance and Collaboration.
