 TWENTY-FOUR hours before the three-day nationwide warning strike ordered by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) over the non-implementation of the N18,000 National Minimum Wage is billed to begin, Oyo State public workers, including civil servants and teachers, will start their own strike this morning.
