Qualifications, Experience and Skills: – Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, ACA is an added advantage – Must have about 10 years continuous working experience – Must be working in a reputable organization in the same capacity – Proven experience in performing similar assignments for a minimum of 5 years – Ability to communicate verbally and in writing – Exceptional communication and team member development skills – Ability to exercise sound judgment, demonstrate professionalism and proactively escalate issues along with recommendations for successful resolution – Decision making competence
