NBC commences delisting processes

Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Plc, a major beverage manufacturing company, at the weekend,  commenced the processes of its delisting from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), with a court ordered meeting held to seek the approval of shareholders on the scheme of arrangement for the delisting.
