Emirate Council: Shehu of Borno not on exile

The Borno Emirate Council has described as false a report in a national newspaper  last week that the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai El-Kanemi, had proceeded  on exile, saying the report was an attempt to drag the name and reputation of the monarch to the mud.
