Lanre Shittu Group of Companies requires the service of energetic and experienced professionals to fill in the following vacant position(s):

Job Title: Workshop Manager

Qualification & Experience:
•   B.Eng/ B.Sc in Automobile Engineering or related disciplines.
•   Minimum of 10 years experience in the automobile industry.

Responsibilities:
•   Ability to build a structured team and strategize management plans.
•   Good presentation and communication skills.
•   Strong discipline and customer management skills.
•   Good understanding of warranty and standard working times.
•   Experience in career development of technicians.
•   Previous Workshop Managerial skills and results achieved.
•   Ability to enforce and implement procedures, processes and budget forecasting.
•   Must be creative, dynamic and able to think outside the box.
•   Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office and very versatile on the internet.
