Smartgov.CRSG Limited, a joint venture company of Cross River State Government and Interswitch responsible for the development, design, deployment, management and operations of a state-wide identity management and e-payment backbone infrastructure for the state is looking for forward thinking professionals to fill the following position:

Position: Unit Head, Technology & ICT Infrastructure
Ref: 004
Location: Calabar

ROLE
Successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and support of all ICT solutions and services. The candidate would work directly with the Head of Service delivery group to manage the online real-time identity and payment infrastructure of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Coordinate IT activities to ensure the continuing relevance and alignment of current operations, practices and processes with the leading global practices
•   Build and manage appropriate business relations with relevant IT vendors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery.
•   Manage solution architecture, development and implementation and coordinate the sale of new IT solutions and services to government agencies and ministries

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•   A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field of study from an accredited university.
•   Minimum of 2-4 years post NYSC experience in an ICT industry
•   Experience in network and capacity planning with good knowledge of system design, system integration, wireless and unified communication systems.
