Job Title: Cost Estimating Engineer

Location: Lagos

Key roles & responsibilities:
•   Set up cost estimating data base for pipeline asset management activities including oil spill response and remediation activities.
•   Provide cost estimates for pipeline operations, maintenance and availability activities. Scope covers estimates for tender purposes, contract execution and estimation of LEE and VOWD
•   Provide quantity surveillance input for contracts, including description of contract schedule of rates and proposed milestone payment
•   Maintain cost benchmark and subject all activities to benchmark

Accountability:
•   Provide cost estimating and quantiy surveillance services to the Pipeline Systems team
•   Maintain up to dat cost data base and benchmark

Key Interfaces:
•   Pipeline Operation, Maintenance and Availability
•   Contracting department
•   Finance and business analyst

Job requirements
•   10-15 years cost Estimating in Oil and gas industry which 8 in pipeline related functions
•   Qualified quantity surveyor.
