Essential Responsibilities   
•   The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment.
•   In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
•   The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars.

Qualifications/Requirements:   
•   Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
•   At least 3 additional years of marketing experience.
•   Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing is preferred.
•   Prior commercial (sales and marketing) experience is preferred.
•   Prior customer or market experience is preferred.
•   Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
•   Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•   Strong oral and written communication skills.
