A leading international player in marine services based in Port-Harcourt, River State currently recruiting to the following positions:

Job Title: Technical Dry-docking & Maintenance Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
•   Daily organize base engineering work with the technical superintendent.
•   Supervise dry docking and maintenance work at the base.
•   Assist and supervise base engineers during maintenance work.
•   Prepare dry-dock/maintenance report.
•   May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time.

Line reporting & functional linkage:
•   Reports to the Technical Superintendent.

Key skills and behavior:
•   Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills.
•   Good knowledge of marine equipment and materials
•   Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
•   Good interpersonal skills.
•   Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Experience:
•   At least 5 years Seagoing experience of which at least 2 years as Chief Engineer.
•   Experience in an international environment is an asset.
•   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Education:
•   Chief Engineer's license
•   Past Experience as a Base Engineer is an added advantage.
