Ericsson is a multinational company with businesses in mobile and fixed networks, multimedia solutions and telecom services. Ericson is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager – LTA
Job ID: 00044421
Primary Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
•   Relationship Management
•   Pre-Sales
•   Configuration Management
•   Keep a master plan of the Customer's network architecture.
•   Personal Development:
•   Project Support

Knowledge and Experience:
State clearly the level of education, number of years overall experience or specialized experience, skills training and management training necessary for acceptable performance in the job.

Experience:
•   Minimum 5 Years in the Telecoms/IT industry and relevant professional experience in dealing with Telecom operators.
•   Must have a good overall understanding of telecommunications technology and network operator business as well as a sound knowledge of working in a technical sales environment.

Ericsson product portfolio and business process knowledge is an advantage.

Education: 
Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Communications, Informatics or related Telecoms/IT qualification)
