Wrigley Building Sold, Groupon Cofounders Among Its Buyers

Chicago's Wrigley Building has officially been sold to a consortium of investors including Zeller Realty Group and Groupon co-founders Eric Lefkofsky and Brad Keywell, the Wrigley company announced Monday.The sale, the specific terms of which have not been disclosed, comes after much speculation that Groupon's Lefkofsky and Keywell were eyeing the historic building. And though the sale confirms their involvement, the Chicago Sun-Times reports that neither Groupon nor the duo's investment business, Lightbank, will be relocating to the building any time in the near future.More...
