Description:
The position holder will  implement systems and policies that guide all operations related to procuring supplies and services (in accordance with FHI policy, USAID policy and other donor policies) in support of all FHI offices and projects at CO and field offices, both domestic and international sourcing.

Education/Experience: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering , Estate Management or related field; Minimum of 5  years relevant experience in facilities management  and procurement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
