Description: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is planning a Global Recruitment Mission to Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia and South Africa during the month of October 2011. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•                     Formulates and implements strategic initiatives that result in providing modern and efficient broadcast and audiovisual facilities and resources and products that support the needs of a global financial organization.
•                     Plans and initiates policies, determines priorities, establishes objectives, leads and manages the work of the Broadcast and Audiovisual Team.
•                     Solicits, analyzes and defines departmental and Fund wide requirements, identifies best practices, formulates recommendations, and implements and measures the impact of current and proposed policies, procedures, services, and operations. Specifically ensures that the Fund's needs are being effectively met in the creation, implementation, and delivery of still image photography, live and prerecorded broadcasts, video post production, web streaming, and on-site audiovisual services.

Qualifications: Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of an advanced university degree in communications, television broadcast production, or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience; or a Bachelor's Degree, supplemented by a minimum of ten years of relevant professional work experience, is required.
