Role Summary/Purpose:
Partner with HR and functional team to drive Organization and Staffng processes for MEA.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead annual HR review process (Session C) including succession planning, timeline setting, manager training and own Session C actions across the region.
•   Manage the annual performance review and Goal and Objectives setting process which includes developing timelines and communication plans, employee / manager training development and delivery, process reporting and ensuring that all employees and managers complete their performance reviews in a timely manner.
•   Lead organization design init

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
•   At least 8 + years of Human Resource or HR Generalist experience including performance management and staffing experience.
•   Prior experience in staffing and recruitment.
•   Prior experience in managing, coaching, and developing people.
•   Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
•   Strong communication skills – oral & written.
•   Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

Desired Characteristics:
•   Masters degree in Business or Human Resources.
•   HRLP graduate (GE Only).
•   Strong conceptual skills and ability to move from strategic planning to execution.
