Reporting Line:
•   Shall report the General Manager

The Persons:
•   B.Sc or HND in any of the Social Sciences.
•   Full knowledge of computer applications-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CorelDraw, etc.
•   Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC business development experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
•   Must have full knowledge of Oil and Gas tendering, including the workings of the NIPEX portal, with relations to the ability to respond to bidding events.
•   Excellent written and moral communication skills.
•   Must be able to work independently and with little or no supervision.

Notes:       
•   Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
•   Detribalized and able to work in a multi-cultural team.
•   Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
•   Ability to communicate very well in oral and written English.
•   Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
