The effort of the Oyo State government to decongest courts and prisons in the state has been boosted by Governor, Adebayo Alao-Akala who recently commissioned the Alternative Dispute Resolution {ADR} with a charge that judges are encouraged to effect an out of court settlement and thus reduce the traffic on the courts.
