Role Summary/Purpose:
The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) prepares high potential individuals with a track record of professional success for GE leadership roles in human resources. The two-year global program offers opportunities for leaders to experience assignments across GE businesses, receive world-class leadership training, interact with and influence senior decision-makers and be part of a close-knit global network of HRLPs. Successful HRLPs can leverage the opportunity to accelerate their careers.

Essential Responsibilities:
•   The HRLP program consists of three, eight-month assignments within the human resources functions of a GE business, including the opportunity for cross-functional experience. Although each participant's rotations are different over the two years, the standard curriculum and power of the HRLP network drives consistency across experiences. The program concentrates on leadership, HR, and business-focused training. Program participants benefit from an extensive peer network, exposure to senior leaders, cross-business projects and four global seminars.
•   Leadership Opportunities
The program provides participants with opportunities to gain valuable leadership and management skills while accelerating their careers. Members also have the unique opportunity to work with mentors and colleagues across businesses and from around the globe developing HR-specific competencies and learning to apply GE's finance and Six Sigma skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:
All candidates must have unrestricted work authorization in the region into which they apply.
•   Masters degree in business or a human resources discipline (e.g. industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, etc.)
•   2 years of business related work experience
•   GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
•   Unrestricted authorization to work in the country you are applying
•   Geographically mobile
