1. INDUSTRY – ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT

A. General Manager
Ref: Se 061031

Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in Event Management.

The ideal candidate must:
•   Be target driven and motivate a team.
Have strong leadership profile.
•   Be highly creative.
•   Be highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Possess very good people management skills.
•   Have strong negotiation skills
•   Be able to develop; plan and execute strategies.
•   Have contacts in events entertainment and media.

B. Marketing Executive.

The ideal candidate should:
•   Be smart, friendly with the ability to handle children and should have a flair for keeping children entertained.
•   Be extremely creative with strong persuasive skills     
•   Design marketing/PR tools fort attracting prospective organizations to the business.
•   Be able to create avenues to ensure that all equipment is used optimally.
•   Develop strategies to drive traffic to the business and ensure that there is a constant flow of customers at all times.
•   Be able to design loyalty programs and incentives for repeat customers.

Remuneration, to a great extent, will be tied to performance.

2. FURNITURE AND INTERIOR DEPARTMENT

A. Business Development Manager

Years of Experience: A minimum of 3       years experience in Business Development and Marketing.

The ideal candidate must:           
•   Have a flair for interiors.   
•   Be able to combine business development with managing people.             
•   Be capable of developing strategies for establishing      relationships to market the company's products.             
•   Have the ability to manage the relationship with various clients   
•   Be able to develop prospective business opportunities.  Be capable of developing strategies to improve company visibility.               
•   Keep up date with emerging trends and technologies.

3. RETAIL (CHILDREN'S FASHION) DEPARTMENT

A. Marketing Manager.

Years of Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience in similar capacity.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to:
Develop and coordinate production of promotional marketing materials.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, pricing policy and budget.
Plan advertising, purchasing incentives and promote commercial projects including print electronic; special events point of purchase and direct mail to fulfill those aspects of the marketing plan.
Liaise with outside consultants' copywriters and advertising agencies.
Function as executive producer of 290 to shoots web projects; etc.

B. Logistics and Distribution Manager
Ref: Se 061035

Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in logistics and distribution in a manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate should be able to:
•   Liaise With transport office for adequate and immediate delivery of products.
•   Update all records for each transaction on a daily basis.
•   Place orders for merchandise requested, taking into consideration the product distribution guideline for different shop locations.
•   Collect outstanding stock balances from the different shops.
•   Receive and fill orders from different shop locations.

C. Sales Supervisors / Sales Officers

Experience: A minimum of 2 years sales experience in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate must:
•   Display excellent presentation skills.
•   Possess a great; outgoing personality.
•   Demonstrate an eye for detail
•   Have good selling skills
•   Be able to manage and monitor inventory of stock within the shop
•   Be able to stock shelves or return merchandise to its proper location.
•   Help customers locate items; try to persuade them and catch their interesting buying the merchandise.
•   Possess excellent customer service skills

QUALIFICATION/SKILL FOR ALL POSITIONS:
•   All candidates must have a minimum of HND in any relevant course.
•   Excellent communication skills.                 
•   Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
•   Excellent organizational skills
•   Strong drive to excel
•   Excellent people management skills.
•   High creativity levels.
•   Passion for the job.
