French First Lady Carla Bruni filmed with Owen Wilson on Tuesday and Wednesday for Woody Allen's new film "Midnight in Paris." So far, we've found photos from two different scenes: one in which Bruni's and Wilson's characters are strolling the streets and checking out fruits and veggies at a market stand and another of Bruni waiting in an alley.A source told People.com, "Carla and Woody got along incredibly well on the set. They talked constantly and laughed quite a lot between takes. Owen as well." However, the source added, "They must have shot the same set up, where she walks along holding a baguette in her hand going into a supermarket around 32 times."More...

The battle must and will continue -- but it is time to shift our focus.The U.S. Senate will not take up comprehensive clean energy and climate legislation prior to the August recess. Even more distressing, it's very unlikely the Senate will push for a comprehensive bill at all this year. Seems like only a hundred or so days ago that the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded, causing a massive oil-spill volcano to belch millions of gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and all over the shores and beaches and marshes of the Gulf Coast states.  But now that the well is capped, we have a mystery worthy of Hercule Poirot: where did the oil go?  No one seems to know!  From the AFP:
